Thinking of all the wonderful mums, caregivers and special women in our lives who have helped raise and shape us.
Thinking too, of all those wanting and struggling to be mums, who've lost their mums or never knew their mums; And praying too, for mums who have lost their children. ā¤ļø
We know mother's day can be a challenging one, but we thank God for them and in honour of mothers everywhere, we wanted to share some bible verses that mention them.
Proverbs 31:31 - Honour her for all that her hands have done,Ā and let her works bring her praiseĀ at the city gate.
Isaiah 66:13 - As a mother comforts her child,Ā so will I comfortĀ you;Ā and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.
Proverbs 31:26 - She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
Deuteronomy 6: 6 -7 -These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.Ā Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
